Cancellation Policy

1. In order to cover costs of travel, time and labor, and equipment operation, our established minimum fee per job is $120. 2. Scheduling & Estimates • Estimates: All quotes are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins, based on exact room size/square footage, soil levels, and fiber types. • Access: Clients must ensure running water, electricity, and clear access to the property. 3. Preparation & Furniture • Prep Work: Clients will be expected to vacuum heavily soiled areas prior to treatment. If client is unable to properly prepare, client is expected to communicate their needs prior to technician arrival to avoid surcharges. • Furniture Moving: Light furniture (e.g., chairs, end tables) can be moved by our team. Heavy items (e.g., beds, dressers) are not included unless pre-arranged. Items should be removed by the client before arrival to avoid surcharges. • Breakables: Please secure all delicate, fragile, or high-value items from the cleaning zone. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a $50 fee. 5. Spot & Stain Removal • We use industry-standard methods to treat spots. However, permanent stains (e.g., bleach, certain dyes, deep pet stains) cannot be guaranteed for complete removal. • Pre-existing damage: Technicians will perform a walkthrough to document existing tears, burns, or permanent discoloration prior to cleaning. 6. Drying Times & Safety • Carpets generally take 6 to 24 hours to dry depending on airflow and humidity. • For safety, please avoid heavy foot traffic until carpets are completely dry to prevent slips or re-soiling. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee • If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within 48 hours. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional cost.
